A day of intense emotions as the newly elected prefects were officially inaugurated by taking an oath to exercise and uphold the schools 5 pillars amongst them and their peers. Congratulations to all the young leaders, may you continue to be the light that helps others see.
Mentorship
It was a blissful day for the gentlemen of EEHS who attended the annual mentor the boys workshop hosted by Michelle brown in partnership with Vodacom.
The boys had the privilege of grasping life changing information from various stakeholders on the areas of safety, finance, social media etiquette, cardinals of good living and a ton of exciting activities facilitated by the Vodacom crew.

A study stated that chess effectively teaches patience and concentration to pupils with short attention spans and those with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Chess helps pupils with ADHD to sit still and focus on the game. If they do not focus, they lose, which is a great incentive to stay focused.
Our Grade 12 science learners had the privilege of conducting a real-time esterification practical at the STEM labs of Nelson Mandela University.

We cannot deny that EEHS in essence is still and will always be a place of hope and has proudly produced qualitative and competitive professionals in the fields of health, education, arts, commerce etc.
